Tracey Short – Founder

Tracey Short has over 25 years experience with the neurodiversity community. She has worked with Pinellas County school system, adult transition programs, multiple disability job services, Florida’s disability waiver programs, and CDC+.

She owned an advertising & PR firm for a decade, worked at IBM for 13 years and most recently retired from Humana as an IT Program Manager. She and her husband, Michael, own and manage 2 rental properties.

She is deeply invested in her local Dunedin, Florida community and has maintained a social media site for Jeavons Syndrome (a rare form of epilepsy) since 2009. Tracey earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication from George Mason University.

Michael Short – Secretary

Michael worked at Elavon for for over 22 years. He was Vice President of Sales Enablement. He has extensive leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of neurodiversity issues. He works as a Life Coach and Support through CDC+. He owns and manages 2 rental properties with his wife, Tracey. They are LLCs called Short & Sweet Properties and Fresh Properties.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from George Mason University.

Spencer Short – Treasurer

Spencer has wealth of finance experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from University of Central Florida.

Currently, he is a Staff Accountant at Development Ventures Group (DEVEN). He previously worked as a Staff Accountant at Foundry Commercial; Client Cushman & Wakefield Accounting Coordinator as well as an Pinnacle Property Management Services.
